लामिछानेको सचिवालयका अनुसार उनी आज बिहान अदालतमा उपस्थित हुन लागेका हुन् ।यसअघि पोखराको सूर्यदर्शन सहकारी ठगी प्रकरणमा अदालतले उनलाई ६५ लाख धरौटीमा रिहा गर्न आदेश दिएको थियो । अदालतको आदेशसँगै उनी ८४ दिनपछि हिरासतमुक्त भएका थिए ।
